Toddler Activity Schedule for October 5-16 2020

🙏🤟MANNERS AND HELPING🧼 🏠

With everyone talking and growing --seemed like a good time to do a mini-unit on Manners and Helping. We will read and listen to songs as we continue practicing manners like “please” and “thank you” and “sorry”. We will also work on being responsible to clean up our toys, put away our dishes, and even clean up our spills (at a toddler-appropriate level of course!). We will also continue to learn through some Montessori practices (real-life examples of counting and practicing cleaning), table work (sorting and matching) and crafts with letters and playdough.

Remember every day we have ️ 🌳 outdoor time and 📚 literacy. Every week we do 🎶music and 💃movement . We have centers for dramatic play, balls, various manipulatives, Montessori work (IE smelling jars), music, toys and books. And every weekday we do a themed activity schedule below:

Mondays: Fine Motor 🖖and Sensory 🖐

1st and 3rd Tuesday:Colors 🎨

2nd and 4th Tuesday: Letters 📚✏

Wednesday: Art and Dictation 🖼📝

1st and 3rd Thursday: Shapes ⭕️

1st and 3rd Thursday: Numbers🎲

Friday: Teacher Choice 👩‍🏫
